Stacy Kincer is a creative nonfiction and contemporary romance novelist and patient advocate whose background in Human Resources, Labor Relations, and non-fiction writing brings a compelling emotional depth to her work. As a former Labor Relations Manager, she developed a deep understanding of the human experience—insight that now fuels her passion for creating richly layered, relatable characters. Her fascination with the human psyche, combined with her journey of living with antisyntetase interstitial lung disease and mixed connective tissue disease, infuses her writing with authenticity, empathy, and hope.
Motivated by a desire to raise awareness about chronic illness, Stacy actively engages in online support communities, encouraging and uplifting others navigating similar challenges. Her novels delve into the complexities of human relationships, emotional resilience, and personal transformation. In addition to writing, Stacy is a high school Spanish teacher and has coached wrestling, boys’ and girls’ soccer, and military exhibition drill teams. She lives in Delaware with her husband and enjoys reading, traveling, painting, and sketching.
Her debut book, “The Race of Your Life: The Spiritual and Mental Battle Against an Incurable Disease,” is forthcoming.
